This project was all about revamping our collections process. We aimed to modernize an outdated system, making it more efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with the latest technology standards.
Product Overview
Our AI-Based Collections Software transforms how collections are handled. It helps users recover receivables faster by identifying high-risk customers and predicting payment times with AI. The software also offers real-time visibility into collections metrics and collector KPIs, making the process smoother and more efficient.
Problem Statement
As the third UX designer at HighRadius, I’ve always aimed to keep our products fresh and trendy. This project, was my most challenging and rewarding. I needed to completely redesign a nearly decade-old product, addressing both UI and UX.
